Privacy policy

Data you give us directly through the contact form: name, email address or phone number, your brand link or description, the services you're interested in, a budget range and, optionally, your message.

Data collected automatically, only with your consent: site usage information via analytics and marketing cookies (see the Cookie policy).

To answer your request and prepare a tailored quote — basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To understand how the site is used and measure campaigns — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

To defend a legal claim or meet a legal obligation — basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation respectively.

Quote requests: up to 24 months from the last interaction, if you don't become a client.

If you do become a client, data related to the engagement is kept for the statutory archiving periods (including 10 years for accounting records).

Cookie data: for the durations listed in the Cookie policy.

We do not sell your data. It may be processed strictly on our behalf by the providers that keep the site running: hosting, the service that delivers form emails, the content management platform and, if you consented, analytics and advertising providers.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to incoming requests is limited to the team members who need it in order to reply to you.
