The site presents Nedem Media's services, portfolio and contact details. It is not an online shop and no contract can be concluded directly through it.

Service information is presentational. It does not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement starts from a tailored quote, sent separately and in writing.

Submitting the form is a request for a quote. It creates no payment obligation for you and no obligation for us to accept the project.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content.

All material on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics, the visual identity and the source code — is protected by copyright and belongs to Nedem Media or to partners who granted us the right to use it.

It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent. Portfolio projects are published with the relevant clients' agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, for the content of third-party sites we link to, or for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably where possible, and otherwise by the competent courts in Bucharest.
